At check-in, Eve was so friendly and professional that we felt right at home. She was attentive in storing our luggage until our room was ready, as we arrived well before the appointed check-in time. She also helped orient us to the hotel's location and various places in the city. Once back at the hotel, Eve showed us to our room, where our luggage had been delivered, and explained all the workings of the lights, TV, and the bath. We were thoroughly pleased with the breakfast selection from the menu and buffet in the mornings. Coffee offerings were plentiful. We dined one evening in the BEAU, which also served wonderful selections of delicious dishes. We used the valet service for our car; the service did not disappoint again. Upon check out, our car was delivered and even washed for our journey home. Now that is fantastic service!

The breakfast was excellent. The room was very nice and a large bathroom area as well. What we did like was your receptionist Eve, so polite and easy to talk to. What we notice about her was how kind and helpful she is to all the customers that stayed at the hotel. She noticed that one customer a lady in her late 70s using a walking stick was struggling using the lift to get to her room, so Eve changed her room to one on the ground floor to make her stay easier. Very thoughtful receptionist, a credit to you.

A fantastic hotel for our short break, very close to the train station and an ideal location for what we wanted, walkable to the centre but not in the midst of the nightlife. The room was comfortable with everything we could want from robes to coffee machine. The outstanding feature of this hotel has to be the staff who were just incredibly professional but friendly and welcoming. The communal areas were plenty and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

The location is fabulous and within walking distance to many restaurants, sites, tour meeting points.and the Bath Spa train station.
