The location was excellent - a short walk to all the spots I wanted to visit. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. The toiletries were of excellent quality, and the complimentry mini fridge a welcome addition to the end of a busy day. The hotel has a fun playful vibe to it, and was a great place to stay during my time in Bath.

The room was lovely. Spacious, clean and well thought out. The hotel itself was attractive, comfortable and welcoming. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. I liked that I could leave my bag and that it was delivered to my room when ready. The location was perfect l as it was very convenient to the old town centre but not noisy at all.

Reception staff Tracy was exceptional. Going over and beyond to make us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Superb breakfast and waiting staff excellent. Choice of food excellent, speed of delivery of food excellent. Distance from town and main points of fantastic couldn’t be better

Breakfast was very good but we don't normally eat enough to justify spending £20 each-£120 for our three night stay. We'd have been happy with not having a cooked breakfast offered and a lower price charged. Every single member of staff in every area was very friendly and cheerful. The condition of the hotel was excellent.

Quirky & comfortable & well located. Lovely decor & gorgeous smell in all common areas. Great restaurant & breakfast (although quite pricey). Lovely rooms with good soundproofing & great blackout curtains. Super helpful & friendly staff!

Well run reception, we were shown to our room which was smallish but immaculate and very attractively designed with a good size well appointed bathroom. Although like most central Bath hotels it had no parking the car park opposite had spaces (summer might be difficult) and was secure. The location is perfect for everything.

The decor was really lovely, I love that it was old converted townhouses. It made it feel historical in a way but the decor was fresh and modern. The room was very clean and stocked. I really liked that they provided hot chocolate in the room and more beverages beyond just water. The staff were super helpful and lovely too, I was able to stow my luggage after check out no problem and charge my phone. They also gave me great recommendations for places to go and eat . The location was perfect, really close to the train station as well as the downtown important historic area (very well situated). All in all I would stay here again absolutely.

The hotel and restaurant/ bar had totally different atmospheres. The hotel staff felt a little clueless. Whereas the restaurant manager was fantastic and welcoming. James, the bar manager, and our waiter made it feel like a cosy country hotel. The food was lovely. Congratulations to the kitchen team. James was so knowledgeable about all things , especially about vermouth, which is our favourite and pairing wines. We had a great discussion about scicilian wines as we are due to move there. Hint Hotel side up your game to match the restaurant bar side.

Lovely comfy bed, although it wasn't a full king as expected. Staff were brilliant. Shower was excellent. Complimentary soft drinks in fridge. Towels were lovely and fluffy and the bath towel was huge. Dressing gowns and slippers. Good choice of breakfast and beautifully cooked. Service was excellent

I recently stayed at hotel Indigo and overall had a positive experience. The location of the hotel was excellent—conveniently situated near local attractions and transport options, which made exploring the area quite easy. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained, which is always a big plus. However, there was a slight odor coming from the bathroom, which was a bit off-putting. Despite this minor issue, the cleanliness of the room overall was impressive. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. Given the great location and the overall quality of the room, I believe the hotel offers good value for money. I would recommend it to others, with the hope that the minor issue with the bathroom can be addressed for an even better stay in the future
